- January 29, 2025: Renewal packets mailed to gardeners
- March 1 Deadline: Permits agreement and payment must be delivered to shed mailbox or postmarked by this date.
- April 19: Spring Member Meeting Petworth Library @ 4:00 p.m.
- April 26: Community Workday #1 – 9 a.m. until Noon
- May 3: Seed Swap @ 10 a.m.
- June 1 Deadline: 50% of plot cleared and planted
- June 16-20: Spring Inspection
- June 21: Community Workday #2
- July 23: Community Workday #3 – Wednesday Evening
- July 19-23: Summer Inspections
- August 3: Community Workday #4 – Sunday
- September 13: Community Workday #5
- September 20: Community Gathering/Picnic
- November 8: Fall Membership Meeting and Board Election
- Mid-November: Plots must be cleared of season’s debris within two (2) weeks of first killing frost. Currently growing fall/winter crops and cover crops may remain.
